Our Privacy Practices
As a patient you have certain rights and choices about how you can access your medical information and how we can use it. TUSDM is responsible for the privacy of your information but may share it under certain circumstances.
Discrimination Is Against the Law
Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM) complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people or treat them differently on the basis of an any protected class (including, but not limited to, race, color, national origin, age, disability, and sex.) Furthermore, unlawful discrimination has no place at Tufts University and offends the university’s core values which include a commitment to equal opportunity and inclusion.
Patient Concerns and Ethics Violations
Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM) strives to provide excellent service and care for our patients. Patients with a complaint or concern may email the Associate Director of Patient Relations at patientrelations@tufts.edu.
Tufts University and TUSDM also takes ethical violations seriously and provides a risk free and anonymous channel for reporting unethical behavior of any kind through EthicsPoint, Inc.
