Urgent Dental Care Clinic Policy

• The Urgent Dental Care Clinic operates as a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of patients that can be seen per session.
• There is an initial fee of up to $200 for an exam and radiographs that is due at the time of service.
• Due to limited occupancy, patients are not allowed to be accompanied by guests. Guests include friends, family and children.

Hours

Tufts Urgent Dental Care Clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM and 1:00 PM–2:30 PM. Check-in begins at 8:00 AM. 

Please note that we can only accommodate the first 12 patients who check in, with 6 patients seen in the morning and 6 patients seen in the afternoon. If we are unable to serve you on the day you arrive, you will be asked to return for the next available session. We are not able to hold spots in advance.

When Tufts Urgent Dental Care Clinic is closed (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays), emergency services may be obtained by calling Tufts Medical Center at 617-636-5114 and asking for “Emergency Dental Care.” (NOTE: The Tufts Medical Center’s hours and fees are not the same as the TUSDM Urgent Clinic’s hours and fees.)

University Holiday Schedule

The Urgent Dental Care Clinic will be closed on university holidays. Emergency services may be obtained by calling Tufts Medical Center at 617-636-5114 and asking for “Emergency Dental Care.”
