Dr. Lorena C. Alex is an Oral Implant Surgeon, Fellow of the American Academy of Dental Science, philanthropist, scientific researcher, mentor, and educator dedicated to advancing excellence in dental medicine and implantology. With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, academic leadership, and evidence-based dentistry, Dr. Alex combines implantology clinical expertise with a passion for education and mentorship.
Actively involved in dental academia, Dr. Alex contributes to the training and professional development of future dental professionals/pre-doctors in their 3rd and 4th year of dental medicine through teaching, research, and clinical mentorship. Her scholarly interests and training include implant dentistry/prosthodontics, comprehensive oral rehabilitation, and professional wellness within dentistry. Beyond clinical and academic work, she is committed to philanthropy and initiatives that support professional growth, community outreach, and access to quality oral healthcare.
