Madiha Taimoor's research interests encompass the provision of dental care to special needs populations and the connection between physical, mental and oral health.
Biographical Details
Madiha Taimoor obtained her qualifications from Baqai Dental College, Karachi, Pakistan.
She was mostly working in the field of Community Dentistry and focused on the clinical care of special needs groups and vulnerable populations. In 2010, Madiha completed MSc in Dental Public Health from King's College London, Dental Institute, London, UK. She has combined her academic interest in DPH with the clinical dental specialty of Special Care Dentistry.
Currently, Dr. Taimoor is an assistant professor in the department of comprehensive and community dentistry. In her clinical capacity she provides general dental treatment at Tufts Dental Facilities to Special Needs patients.
