The Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (OMFR) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine offers dentists a full range of diagnostic imaging services—including cone-beam-computed tomography (CBCT). In addition, all imaging done in-house comes with the option of receiving expert, diagnostic interpretation services.
For Referring Providers
To refer your patient for diagnostic imaging, please download and fill out the applicable referral form below. Note: Our diagnostic interpretation services are only offered with an accompanying imaging request.
For cone-beam-computed tomography (CBCT) referrals, please use the CBCT Referral Form.
For panoramic, full-mouth series (FMX), cephalometric, periapical, and bitewing images, please use the Radiography Referral Form.
For Patients
If you are a patient and your dentist gave you a completed referral form, you can email us at cbct@tufts.edu or call 617-636-6812 for more information.
If you do not have a referral but think you could benefit from our services, we encourage you to ask your dentist about getting images done at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Some imaging technologies are not always available in all private practices, so we often partner with dentists to support them with our expert, state-of-the-art facilities and technologies. We would welcome the chance to help you achieve your oral health goals.
