Investment Opportunities

The positive impact of corporate investments goes beyond supporting and furthering the education and work of TUSDM students and faculty. Corporate partners also benefit from opportunities to market products to future dental professionals or make connections to intellectual talent engaged in basic or clinical research.

Tufts recognizes the value of true partnerships and the exchange of ideas in determining where financial investment can benefit both corporations and the dental school. Investment options include:

  • Practice Based Network (PBRN)
    • The PBRN is a network of TUSDM alums across the country who conduct clinical studies in their private practices. The studies originate with ideas from corporate sponsors that seek to answer questions of immediate interest to the dental profession.
  • Tufts Special Care Dental Clinics – People with Unique Needs
    • Tufts Special Care Dental Clinics provide comprehensive dental care for more than 6,500 adults and children with developmental disabilities living in Massachusetts. Our oral health providers have the expertise, experience, and facilities to properly serve patients with special needs.

In addition to funding research opportunities, Corporate Sponsors may also access administrative resources including:

  • IRB Team
  • Clinical Research Coordinators/GCP and CITI Certified
  • Protocol Development
  • Biostatistics
  • Grant Management Contracts – Contact pamela.corrado@tufts.edu
