Dr. Choi is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the Department of Prosthodontics, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in her sabbatical for research during September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019.
Dr. Choi is an assistant professor of the Department of Prosthodontics, College of Dentistry, Dankook University, South Korea. Dr. Choi became prosthodontist in 2009 and obtained a degree of doctor in Prosthodontics from Seoul National University in 2013. Since then, Dr. Choi gives lectures about fixed prosthodontics to her dental students, especially about esthetic prosthodontics, ceramic prosthesis, oral implantology and CAD/CAM technology. And Dr. Choi has worked in the Department of Prosthodontic, College of Dentistry, Dankook University for five years since 2013. Dr. Choi participates in as a member in the Korean Academy of Prosthodontics (KAP) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Dr. Choi’s current research focuses on ceramic prosthesis, digital dental technology, and implant restorative dentistry. Dr. Choi is involved in basic and clinical research on oral implantology, and applied digital dental technology. Dr. Choi actively participates in clinical and translational research related to 3D technology, oral implantology, and applied digital dental technology. Also, Dr. Choi researches more about clinical and laboratory procedures of functional and stable prosthodontics.
