The Office of Student Affairs is pleased to announce that the Tufts University Commencement will take place on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at the Medford/Somerville Campus. The All-University Ceremony Exercises will begin at 9:00 am on the Academic Quadrangle and the Dental School specific ceremony will begin at approximately 11:30 am. The location for the Dental School Commencement Ceremony will be the Carmichael Quadrangle.
Information regarding the ceremony format, student caps and gowns, parking, and directions will be mailed to the classes of D2014, DI2014, graduating Master Degree candidates, and their families in February.
Commencement Announcements will be mailed to each student’s permanent and local addresses in late March/early April. These Announcements will not need to be presented to gain entry to the Commencement Exercises, rather they are intended to be given to relatives, friends, etc., to announce the ceremonies. There is not a limit to the number of guests who can attend the ceremony.
If you would like more information please contact Katherine Vosker via phone (617) 636-0887 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The University has also established a main web site for Commencement. If you wish to access this web site, the address is as follows: http://commencement.tufts.edu.
We are proud of the achievements of the 2014 classes and look forward to sharing in this special event with you.
