Biography

Dr. Constantinos Laskarides is the Program Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Associate Professor for Tufts University. He received his DMD degree from Tufts University and his DDS and PharmD degrees from the University of Athens in Greece. He completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University and Tufts Medical Center.

Dr. Laskarides is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the International College of Dentists.

He is also among the 18 Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons who are currently recognized as Fellows of the American College of Surgeon (FACS), out of the 240 employed in the state of Massachusetts. FACS recognition meets stringent membership requirements and acceptance must be approved by three-fourths of its Board of Regents. ACS is the world's largest professional scientific and educational association of surgeons and the fellowship demonstrates professional qualifications, surgical competence, and ethical conduct have passed a rigorous evaluation, and have been found to be consistent with the high standards established and demanded by the College.

Dr. Laskarides maintains a clinical interest and lectures nationally and internationally on facial cosmetics, advanced dental implant surgery & oral reconstruction and computer aided facial skeletal surgery.
