American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD)
The American Association of Women Dentists is an organization that seeks to provide support services to women in the greater Boston community. In past years, AAWD volunteers have served food at local women's shelters and donated clothes to homeless women. Additionally, AAWD is proud to participate annually in the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk along the Charles River. AAWD hosts a number of educational lunches for members and dinners with alumni throughout the year. Lastly, AAWD members get together for social events and plan pre-clinic help sessions and tutoring for our members.
